Macedonia di agrumi
Citrus salad
serves 4
3 large pink grapefruits
2 large oranges
juice of 1 lemon
sugar
2-3 tablespoons of liqueur, your choice
Peel the grapefruits and oranges, down to the pulp.
Cut the fruits into circles 1/2 inch thick, place them in a serving bowl.
Add the lemon juice, sugar to taste and liqueur. Toss well and refrigerate at least half hour before serving.
