Shrimps
Serves 6
2 lb. large raw shrimps – 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 3 garlic cloves, minced – about 10 large basil leaves, torn in small pieces – small handful of Italian parsley, chopped – dry white wine – 1 large pinch of chili flakes – salt and pepper
Wash and deveine shrimps. In a large skillet, heat the oil, add the shrimps, stir till they turn pink, add the garlic and chili flakes,then add the herbs, a splash of wine, salt and pepper. Stir briefly, Serve
