Orange tatin


1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
1 large orange, preferably organic
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons raisins
3 tablespoons sugar


In a large glass pie pan place the butter, sliced into pieces, scatter the raisins over it, dust with the sugar and arrange the orange, washed and sliced into thin rounds, skin included.
Drape over it the puff pastry sheet, tucking in the corners to make it fit.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 25 minutes, till the pastry is golden and puffed.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes, the invert onto a dish. Serve warm.
